Become a Certified RT 2 Technician with Acuren, based in Sarnia, Ontario. In this role, handle critical radiographic inspections for an array of client projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Acuren seeks dedicated Certified RT 2 Technicians to enhance their team across the Central region. Candidates will prepare and calibrate testing equipment, execute inspections, and document their findings consistently. Your technical skills and commitment to safety will be paramount in contributing to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare radiographic testing equipment and calibrate as needed
• Conduct detailed inspections of welds and components
• Analyze radiographic images for defects and irregularities
• Provide comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations
• Uphold safety and quality standards throughout projects
Requirements:
• Hold a valid CGSB RT Level 2 Certification
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Commit to maintaining client relationships effectively
• Self-starter able to work independently
• Must have a valid driver’s license; IRATA training beneficial
