We are hiring a Customer Service Associate for our London Rd. store in Sarnia. This role emphasizes direct customer engagement, involves managing transactions, and requires maintaining a clean shopping environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Help customers with product questions and sales
• Conduct transactions at the cash register
• Ensure the security of cash and company property
• Restock merchandise and help facilitate unloading
• Clean and maintain store areas, including bathrooms
Requirements:
• High school diploma or experience equivalent preferred
• Relevant customer service experience in retail environments
• Ability to consistently lift 30-50 lbs as needed
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills
• Capacity to interpret operational documents and instructions
