Member Services Consultant
What You Will Do
As a Member Service Consultant (MSC) you will have the proven ability to provide exceptional experiences to our Members. In this role, you would be required to sell Memberships and merchandise, make car rental reservations, take passport photos, issue International Driving permits and educate and provide Travel Insurance options to our Members.
Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
Who You Are- 2–3 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- TICO certification completion or working towards / willing to complete
- Available to work flexible store operation hours
- Post‑secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
