In this position, you will play a crucial role in the store's operational success. You will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences, supporting the Store Manager, and managing staff to ensure high sales performance. The role demands physical stamina for standing and lifting while overseeing inventory and merchandising processes in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain exceptional guest service
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Develop staff and maximize sales performance
• Control expenses and minimize shrinkage

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year retail or management experience
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
