Position Summary
An overnight remodel associate works with the Overnight Remodel Manager to establish standards in newly renovated departments. The role involves completing modulars, ensuring high‑ticket merchandise is secured, maintaining clearance zones, unloading and loading fixtures onto trucks, building counters according to the print, and merchandising newly set departments.

Responsibilities

Ensure high‑ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.

Set mods by printing mod sheets/labels, cleaning counters, installing ESL (where required), installing DSM, and linking mods to DSM labels (where required).

Stock a variety of departments including General Merchandise, Fashion, Consumables, Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Fresh Departments.

Follow guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance.

Assist in shrink prevention by scanning all damaged and stolen merchandise in a timely manner.

Build new counters using kit sheets provided by the Warehouse Associates as per the print provided by the Lead Specialist.

Move counters using the appropriate equipment.

Merchandise endcaps, action alley, and side counters in accordance with accepted standards.

Work occasionally in construction areas, requiring steel toes and a hard hat.

Load and unload fixtures onto trucks.

Minimum hourly rate: $17.75.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 18 or older.
