As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you will represent American Eagle’s values and products, helping customers discover fashion that resonates with them. Utilize the AEO Selling Model to create connections and provide exceptional service while balancing duties across various store areas. Your proactive problem-solving skills and ability to maintain integrity will ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers through the AEO Selling Model
• Passionately promote AE & Aerie products
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program
• Flexibly adapt to various roles within the store
• Address guest concerns proactively and professionally
Requirements:
• Strong willingness to interact with people
• Previous retail experience is beneficial
• Availability during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends)
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Energetic personality for a fast-paced environment
