Position: Customer Service Associate I
Help elevate the customer shopping experience as a Customer Service Associate I in Sarnia, Ontario. Engage with customers and ensure their needs are met while handling transactions.

We are actively seeking a Customer Service Associate I for our location on London Rd., Sarnia. In this role, you’ll assist with transactions, maintain merchandise, and uphold store cleanliness. Ideal candidates will excel in customer service and demonstrate strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations

• Manage cash register operations and sales

• Maintain the security of cash and store assets

• Restock shelves and assist in merchandise unloading

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all store areas

Requirements:

• Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service preferred

• Must lift between 30-50 lbs regularly

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills required
