The full-time permanent Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives and staff training. You will ensure a safe environment for all customers and employees while driving merchandising efforts.
Your role will extend to enhancing community involvement and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on achieving fiscal and operational targets
• Drive merchandising programs to improve profitability
• Establish operational standards with Department Managers
• Ensure proper merchandise display and ordering
• Uphold health and safety standards throughout the store
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of retail management experience
• Relevant college or university degree
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
