Deliver attentive customer service at No Frills by stocking shelves, responding to needs, and supporting a positive in-store shopping experience.
As a Store Team Member, you will maintain product displays, scan merchandise accurately, and help identify inventory needs. The position suits driven, courteous people who enjoy learning, working independently, and collaborating with a team. No previous experience is required, because training is provided for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service and respond to customer needs
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards
- Scan products accurately and assist with ordering
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs
- Keep department areas neat and meet health standards
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Driven, resourceful, courteous, and able to work independently
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
