Customer-Focused Automotive Parts Specialist

As an Automotive Parts Specialist at NAPA, you will play an essential part in advising customers and helping them find the right vehicle parts. Your excellent communication skills will be challenged as you take orders and provide product expertise tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on vehicle parts both in-store and via phone

• Place orders and follow up with customers as needed

• Recommend relevant parts based on customer needs

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Diploma in automotive parts sales or relevant experience
