On-Site Key Attendant

Lambton Shared Services Centre seeks an on-site Key Attendant in Sarnia, Ontario. Responsibilities include building security and tenant assistance while enjoying rent-free accommodation.

This position is vital for maintaining the safety and security of the building and its tenants. Key Attendants will live on-site and are responsible for monitoring alarms, reporting issues to supervisors, and ensuring proper access for contractors. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live on-site to ensure resident safety

• Report maintenance and vandalism issues

• Assist tenants with lockouts promptly

• Monitor fire alarms and check fire panel weekly

• Conduct regular security walkarounds morning and night

Requirements:

• Must communicate effectively with tenants

• Ability to follow oral and written directions
