LEADS is looking for an experienced Employment Specialist to join their team. With a focus on assisting individuals, including those with disabilities, you will manage cases, conduct employer outreach, and develop critical client relationships. Flexibility is key as this hybrid role includes both in-person and virtual services, with the occasional need for travel outside the county.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client cases for employment readiness

• Outreach to employers for job opportunities

• Build relationships with job seekers and community partners

• Provide on-site job support for retention

• Maintain communication with clients and advocates

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in relevant field

• Minimum three years of related experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Flexibility in working hours as required

• Successful Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
