Empower individuals with developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional with LCDS in Petrolia, Ontario. This part-time role supports transformative growth and advocates for inclusion within the community.
LCDS is looking for dedicated support professionals to foster independence and enhance the lives of individuals in our community. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support for daily activities and personal hygiene
• Facilitate opportunities for skill development and independence
• Encourage social interactions and community relationships
• Report on client progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Uphold a respectful and safe environment for all
Requirements:
• Valid G or G2 class driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check necessary
• Eligibility to work in Canada required
• First Aid/CPR certification mandatory
• NVCPI certification or willingness to pursue
