In this role, you will facilitate daily operations collaboration with field technicians and the Operations Coordinator. Your expertise will be critical for maintaining compliance and job documentation while coordinating travel and shipping processes. This hybrid role combines office work and occasional operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input payroll data for Canadian and US employees
• Manage compliance systems including ISNetworld
• Coordinate travel logistics for technicians
• Prepare necessary shipping documentation
• Support inventory and material tracking efforts
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in a logistics role
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Attention to detail in operations management
• Willingness to work on call
