In this position, you will utilize a side load collection vehicle to collect curbside waste and recycling efficiently. Responsibilities include fulfilling assigned routes, performing pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, and adhering to safety standards. Excellent customer service and your role in the circular economy will drive your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the side load truck for waste collection

• Load materials from curbside into the vehicle

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

• Provide outstanding customer service according to policy

• Complete vehicle inspections as required

Requirements:

• Ontario DZ driver’s licence with a clean driving history

• Minimum one year driving experience or AZ MELT graduate

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Completion of drug and alcohol testing mandated

• Successful criminal background check
