Wolseley Canada seeks an experienced Warehouse Lead Hand to oversee daily operations in its Sarnia facility. You will be responsible for receiving shipments, managing inventory, loading and unloading products, and shipping orders. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential as you liaise with customers and freight companies to meet commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload products to meet delivery timelines
• Manage incoming shipment checks for accuracy
• Lead annual inventory and daily cycle counts
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently
• Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
• Prior warehouse experience essential
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Reliable and initiative-driven mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
