Behavior Analyst

Northway Academy, a part of the Sevita family, provides center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. We believe every person has the right to live well, and everyone deserves to have a fulfilling career.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Clinical Supervisor Cole and our talented team to conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and provide training for the staff who support the individuals we serve.

At Northway Academy, we focus on individualized assessments and interventions to meet each person’s unique needs. Unlike traditional BCBA roles, our Behavior Analysts do not directly supervise Behavior Technicians; instead, they collaborate closely to provide training and support, ensuring their success.

• In-person: $86,000–$90,000 + $2,500 sign‑on bonus + monthly service delivery incentive package

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA certification (BACB)
• Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of one year of experience with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance

Strong communication and organizational skills, collaborative approach, deep knowledge of ABA principles, and a compassionate, professional mindset.
