Job Overview:  We are seeking highly competent and experienced faculty members who have a deep understanding of the JEE and NEET curriculum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting interactive classes, developing study materials, and mentoring students to ensure their success in competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Delivery:  Conduct high-quality, engaging, and result-oriented classes for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET batches.
Content Development:  Assist in creating and upgrading study material, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), and question banks in alignment with the latest exam patterns.
Doubt Resolution:  Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to ensure every student's concepts are crystal clear.
Testing & Analysis:  Prepare test papers and analyse student performance to identify weak areas and provide corrective feedback.
Mentorship:  Guide and motivate students to maintain high morale and discipline throughout their preparation journey.
Parent Communication:  Occasionally interact with parents regarding student progress and academic performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / MBBS / BDS or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute for JEE/NEET divisions.
Subject Expertise:  In-depth knowledge of the subject with the ability to solve advanced-level problems effortlessly.
Communication:  Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Tech Savvy:  Familiarity with smart-board teaching and digital education tools is a plus.
