This permanent opportunity requires you to have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, operating in an urban private sector environment. Your main duties will include managing payroll, preparing tax returns, and balancing financial accounts, which is integral to the company’s operations. Familiarity with Quick Books and advanced skills in MS Excel are necessary to perform your job efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll and prepare employee cheques

• Establish and balance financial records using ledgers

• Prepare accurate tax returns for filing

• Maintain general ledgers and create trial balances

• Utilize computerized bookkeeping systems effectively

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred

• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Quick Books

• Understanding of Vietnamese or Chinese is beneficial

• Must work on-site at the office

• Permanent resident of Canada or valid work permit holder
