MNP, a leading Canadian accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support a diverse client base. You'll assist with all aspects of bookkeeping, including payroll management, GL account maintenance, and ensuring timely financial reporting. The role allows for innovation and teamwork while addressing clients' unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full cycle bookkeeping and payroll services

• Prepare payroll remittances and sales transaction records

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Resolve financial discrepancies in collaboration with supervisors

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of full cycle bookkeeping experience

• Experience using QBO or Xero cloud accounting software

• Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting preferred

• Strong understanding of accounting and payroll tax principals

• Familiarity with desktop bookkeeping software is a plus
