This role requires a focused Accounts Payable Administrator with at least two years of accounting experience, preferably in a computerized workplace. You will manage vendor payments, approve invoices per corporate policies, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside strong communication abilities to address vendor queries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vendor payments and execute various payment methods
- Ensure timely approval of invoices by designated employees
- Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and payments
- Address vendor and business unit queries effectively
- Maintain accounting ledgers and verify transactions
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Pursuing or holding an accounting diploma or designation
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
