Position: Hybrid Senior Accountant Role
Become a key player in finance with Federated Co-operatives Limited as a Senior Accountant, Statements, in Saskatoon, SK. This hybrid role involves full-cycle accounting for local Co-ops.

The Senior Accountant will join a dedicated team focused on preparing financial statements and managing accounting tasks. You'll work closely with other accounting professionals while having the autonomy to operate independently. Bring your expertise in financial statement preparation and a proactive attitude to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare period and year-end financial statements

• Maintain supporting schedules for fixed assets

• Assist in budget preparation processes

• Complete tax returns and manage payment controls

• Handle adjustments and other accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business administration with accounting major

• 0-1 year financial statement preparation experience

• Two-year business diploma and 2-3 years of experience also considered

• Strong detail-oriented and proactive mindset

• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team
