In this pivotal role, you report to the Manager of Administration and Cost Accounting and play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with accounting practices. The position involves supervising the accounting team while preparing insightful financial reports and budget analyses, thus supporting the plant’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop weekly and annual financial reports for the plant

• Provide commentary and analysis on financial performance

• Support preparation of the annual budget

• Oversee physical inventory counts and reconciliations

• Coordinate Accounts Receivables and invoicing

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting with CPA designation or in progress

• At least 2 years of accounting experience

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

• Dairy manufacturing experience is advantageous

• Effective leadership and communication abilities
