Responsibilities

Process accounts payable information. Obtain approvals, verify accuracy, data entry of information, prepare payments and process cheques.

Work closely with the finance team and collaborate with other employees as required to ensure accurate financial information and reporting.

Process accounts receivable and resolve billing issues promptly. Monitor overdue accounts and conduct collection follow-up to ensure timely payment.

Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying, posting and reconciling account transactions. Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies.

Assist in month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting.

Requirements

A Diploma/Degree in Accounting is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of related accounting experience.

Proficient in MS Office and SAGE.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective and respectful working relationships.

Demonstrates the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

Strong organizational skills and the utmost attention to detail. Works cooperatively in a team environment.
