Responsibilities include preparing and reconciling accounts, managing invoicing, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments

• Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts

• Support month-end closing activities for timely reporting

• Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documentation

• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries, maintaining professionalism

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or related field

• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
