Reporting to the Sr. Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that cash application processes align with Nutrien's core values. This position requires expertise in cash application methods and a collaborative spirit to resolve discrepancies and enhance efficiencies. You'll lead initiatives to improve operational practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cash application operations daily
• Resolve payment discrepancies and short pays
• Partner with various departments for solutions
• Monitor service levels and work queues
• Support month-end reconciliation activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• 3-5 years of experience in cash application
• Knowledge of financial principles and cash controls
• ERP system experience, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical and communication skills
