E-Commerce Office & Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time, On-Site)

BTS Lighting is a rapidly growing Canadian e-commerce company specializing in automotive and heavy‑duty truck lighting and accessories. We ship across Canada and the United States, operating from our North Battleford, SK headquarters with an additional U.S. warehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and looking for a dependable individual to support both our office and warehouse operations.

We are hiring a part-time E-Commerce Office & Warehouse Assistant to support day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is eager to learn, and wants to grow with a fast‑paced e‑commerce business. For the right candidate, this position has strong potential to move into a full‑time role. This is an on‑site position only. Remote work is not available.

• Warehouse & Operations:
  – Shipping and receiving orders
  – Picking, packing, and preparing shipments
  – Assisting with inventory counts and organization
  – Maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse
• Office & E-Commerce Support:
  – Processing and assisting with website orders
  – Inputting and updating product listings
  – Assisting with basic website content and SEO tasks
  – Supporting front‑end staff with administrative duties
• General Support:
  – Assisting where needed during busy periods
  – Learning multiple systems and workflows
  – Supporting overall daily operations as the company scales

• Mandatory:
  – Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  – International students are not eligible
  – No international sponsorship is available
  – Must be local to North Battleford or willing to permanently relocate prior to employment
  – Ability to work on site during scheduled hours
• Preferred (Not Required):
  – Any experience or education related to e‑commerce or online retail, website content or product data entry, SEO or digital marketing, automotive or heavy‑duty truck industry
  – No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.
