Join a leading client in Saskatoon as a full-time Receptionist on a 3-month assignment. Showcase your customer service skills while greeting clients and managing office operations.
In this on-site role, you'll be engaged in daily operations at the Saskatoon office from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The position emphasizes exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail. You will support various administrative tasks, from coordinating meetings to representing the firm with catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and direct phone inquiries
• Organize meeting room bookings and events
• Manage office operations and vendor coordination
• Assist with invoice processing and general maintenance
• Ensure efficient organization of office areas
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
