Enhance your career in insurance with First Nations Insurance Group as an Administrative Assistant in Saskatoon. Support licensed advisors and service representatives in group insurance and pension administration.
This full-time, in-person role focuses on providing exceptional administrative and client service. You will assist with documentation, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on outstanding inquiries. This includes backup support for SGI Motor Vehicle Licensing services and reception duties to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support licensed advisors with insurance administration
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on documents
• Respond to client inquiries with exceptional service
• Provide backup for SGI licensing services and transactions
• Maintain filing systems and departmental documentation
Requirements:
• Office or Administrative Certificate or Diploma
• Two years of office experience preferred
• Knowledge of group benefits is an asset
• Complete SGI New Issuer Training within 3 months
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
