Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal assistant support to Consultants
• Prioritize and distribute incoming correspondence appropriately
• Respond to patient queries over the phone and in person
• Coordinate referrals and manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Advanced proficiency in keyboard and transcription skills
• Strong initiative with a high degree of confidentiality
• Experience in managing workload under pressure
• Ability to work solo or in a team environment
