Position: Reception and Transportation Coordination Role
Location: North Battleford

Take on the Medical Transportation Coordinator/Receptionist role with the Lucky Man Cree Nation in North Battleford. This position merges medical transport coordination with office reception duties.

You will be responsible for coordinating transportation for members using Non-Insured Health Benefits policies. Supporting clients professionally and confidentially is essential, as is handling tricky situations with care. This role requires travel to both Poundmaker and Sweetgrass Health clinics for essential functions, with a vehicle at your disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medical transportation logistics for community members

• Serve as the office receptionist and provide clerical assistance

• Maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions

• Communicate with clients via phone and Telehealth services

• Handle office equipment and ensure thorough documentation

Requirements:

• Business college diploma or equivalent experience

• Team-oriented approach in a professional environment

• Strong communication skills with clients

• Understanding of First Nations cultures and sensitivities

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
