In this pivotal role, the Project Coordinator will support a diverse array of client projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently. You'll engage in client-facing meetings, manage project administrative tasks, and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives, driving project success and operational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support time-sensitive projects for timely and successful outcomes
• Attend client meetings and create project status updates
• Update project worksheets and manage project tasks
• Deliver administrative support across the project lifecycle
• Improve PM processes continuously
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in a client-focused role
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Highly detail-oriented with data accuracy focus
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Familiarity with eLearning or creative services is a plus
