Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track purchase orders for maintenance supplies
• Support the creation and updating of departmental policies
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Create and manage work orders in Yardi efficiently
• Assist in documentation, audits, and reporting processes
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or similar
• Experience in procurement or contract management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Yardi is preferred
• Strong record-keeping and communication abilities
