As a Property Administrator, you will support the Property Management Team by coordinating meetings, assisting with lease activities, and managing documentation.

Your role includes key interaction with tenants and will foster positive relationships within the community. Responsibilities also include preparing reports and managing the maintenance work order system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings and special events effectively

• Assist with lease and contract administration tasks

• Prepare and maintain financial documentation for approval

• Promote and track tenant relations and service calls

• Generate monthly management reports and status updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s preferred

• Experience in customer service advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Demonstrated professionalism in communication
