You will be key in supporting the Minister by managing schedules, coordinating travel logistics, and preparing documents. This role involves maintaining records and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, aligning activities with broader governmental priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Minister
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and events effectively
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with regulations
• Track project deliverables and support cross-ministerial initiatives
• Engage with community organizations and government representatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous governance is beneficial
• Strong writing and presentation skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport needed
