The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 4, Personal Assistant within the General Medicine Management team – 36 hours. Hours can be negotiated. This will be based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑level administrative support to the Senior Management team within General Medicine

Manage and coordinate diaries, appointments, and meetings

Prepare and organise relevant documentation, reports, databases, SSTS & eESS

Act as a liaison between the Management team and internal/external stakeholders

Assist in the coordination of departmental projects and initiatives

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the Management team

Minute taking for Service Speciality meetings

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Duration, Location, and Working Pattern
Permanent, full‑time post at 36 hours per week.

Shift pattern – Monday to Friday
