Position: Service Coordinator Role
Join our Saskatoon Branch as a Service Coordinator, where efficient scheduling and exceptional customer service are paramount. This temporary full-time position is key to our operational success.

Reporting to the Branch Office Supervisor, the Service Coordinator will manage service cycles from scheduling to invoicing. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will ensure accuracy in work orders and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your role also includes coordinating with technicians and managing documentation to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage service and warranty calls

• Complete and forward work order documents accurately

• Ensure correct billing and follow up with customers

• Dispatch information to technicians before service calls

• Review work orders and claims for prompt payment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in scheduling and dispatching field service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license and vehicle

• Ability to pass background check
