Position: EHS&T Administrator at Boart Longyear
Join Boart Longyear as an EHS&T Administrator and play a vital role in supporting health and safety operations in Western Canada. This full-time temporary contract includes a mix of administrative tasks and compliance management.

As an EHS&T Administrator, you will work closely with the health and safety team at our facility near Saskatoon, SK. Your responsibilities will include managing training records, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to the health and safety team

• Organize and maintain digital employee records and training compliance

• Assist with the COR audits and expense reporting

• Set up new hires with safety course system access

• Manage third-party training scheduling and reporting

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong attention to detail with task prioritization skills

• Effective communication skills in remote settings

• Familiarity with Site Docs or Safety Culture is an asset

• Safety training certifications are preferred
