Join the City of Saskatoon as a Staff Scheduling Clerk in the Recreation and Community Development department. This temporary full-time role focuses on staff scheduling within an automated system.
Under the guidance of the Recreation Services Manager, you will coordinate scheduling for department sites. Responsibilities include collecting and entering staff resource needs, developing work schedules, and ensuring timely distribution. This position requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to resolve scheduling inquiries and address issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate staff resource entry and scheduling
• Develop and assign preliminary work schedules
• Distribute staffing schedules to department sites
• Adjust schedules for coverage as needed
• Evaluate staff scheduling system reports
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and relevant post-secondary program
• Four years of related staff scheduling experience
• Strong knowledge of office practices and technologies
• Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
