Position: Full-Time Medical Transportation Clerk
Join the Lac La Ronge Indian Band Health Services as a Medical Transportation Clerk at Grandmothers Bay. Engage in essential coordination and clerical support for client medical travel needs.

In this full-time role, you will perform various clerical tasks, including managing incoming calls, maintaining filing systems, and scheduling appointments. You will also play a vital role in educating band members about patient transportation assistance and First Nations and Inuit Health responsibilities. This position ensures effective medical transportation assistance for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and office communications

• Coordinate client appointments and required documentation

• Maintain office supply inventory for operations

• Prepare certificates and medical transportation warrants

• Educate band members on transportation assistance roles

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education required

• 0-6 months of relevant experience preferred

• Strong organizational and clerical skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a team

• Excellent communication skills with community members
