As the Education Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support under the guidance of the Education Coordinator, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You’ll be the point of contact for various inquiries, manage confidential information, and coordinate meetings, contributing positively to the office climate and educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, organize, and schedule important meetings
• Accurately prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
• Process expense claims according to established procedures
• Serve as a point of contact for staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Completion of at least some secondary school
• 0-6 months of experience in an administrative role
• Strong skills in organization and time management
• Ability to handle confidential materials appropriately
• Understanding of administrative processes and procedures
