Position: Full-Time Clinic Assistant

The Saskatoon Cancer Centre is seeking a committed Clinic Assistant to support its Systemic Therapy and Outpatient Services department. With no previous experience required, this position offers clerical and patient care responsibilities, ensuring efficient service delivery. You will report directly to management, completing a variety of tasks that enhance patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support as directed by supervisors

• Assist with patient care and procedural preparation

• Utilize computers and Microsoft applications efficiently

• Maintain accurate records and data confidentiality

• Foster rapport with patients and staff members

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 education

• Medical Office Assistant or related certificate preferred

• Proficiency in typing and verbal communication

• Basic problem-solving and judgment skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and rapport with patients
