Position: Support Role in Safety Training Unit
Support the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport by taking on an essential role in the Safety and Training Unit. As a program support specialist, you'll enhance the effectiveness of safety initiatives and programs across the organization.

This position is ideal for a proactive individual with experience in records management and safety program administration. You’ll help ensure that staff have access to critical safety training, accurate incident reporting, and streamlined administrative procedures.

Your role will foster compliance and overall workplace wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized filing systems and manage records effectively

• Conduct WCB injury reporting and maintain relevant documentation

• Coordinate safety training and manage online learning systems

• Analyze safety data and provide audit reports

• Assist staff and clients with program inquiries and guidance

Requirements:

• Experience in safety program support and administration

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related software

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
