Administrative Assistant

Support Sask Power operations through accurate clerical administration, document processing, and responsive service for staff, clients, and the public.

This Business Assistant classification performs general clerical support duties across office procedures. You will prepare correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and applications while operating standard office equipment. The work also includes answering enquiries, verifying records, processing documents, and supporting administrative procedures.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, forms, and presentations
• Respond to telephone, in-person, and electronic enquiries
• Provide information about company procedures and regulations
• Sort, file, retrieve, and maintain office records
• Process mail, documents, receipts, expenditures, and forms

• Related degree, diploma, certificate, program, or equivalent
• Two years of administrative or clerical office experience
• Aptitude for accuracy and detail
• Ability to use standard corporate software applications
• Ability to work independently or within a team
