Dumont Technical Institute, a division of Gabriel Dumont Institute, seeks a casual Office Administration Tutor. The position supports the Saskatoon Office Administration program through student assistance, attendance tracking, monthly tutoring reports, and current records. You will report to the DTI Program Coordinator and complete other assigned duties.

• Provide one-on-one support to Office Administration students
• Assist students during classroom hours
• Maintain attendance records for supported students
• Prepare monthly reports of tutored students
• Provide current records to the DTI Program Coordinator

• Certificate in Office Administration or enrollment in the program
• Equivalent education, training, and experience considered
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of accounting, communications, and office procedures
• Knowledge of Métis culture and exceptional interpersonal skills
