Daily Responsibilities:
* Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
* Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
* Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
* Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
* Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
* Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
* Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
* Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
* Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?
* Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset
* Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
* Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
* Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
