As a Parts Coordinator, your primary function will involve handling the ordering, receiving, and storage of automotive parts effectively. You will collaborate with vendors, manage inventory, and communicate important updates to team members. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ordering and receiving of auto body parts
• Track, label, and organize all incoming parts
• Communicate price changes accurately to the team
• Oversee part returns and facilitate credit processing
• Maintain a clean and efficient parts storage area
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience
• Familiarity with Car-part or similar systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and valid driver's license
