Fountain Tire Kindersley, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for an experienced and dedicated associate to join our team as a Commercial Tire Technician/Service Truck Operator!

You will be responsible
Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels
Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
Completing specialty tire work which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
What does it take to get on track?
3+ years of experience in the automotive/tire industry is required
Agricultural, Off-the-Road, and tire service truck experience are a must
A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels
A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
A keen attention to detail
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
Basic computer skills
Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
