We are currently seeking a motivated  Automotive Technician  to join our  Ens Toyota Service Department . The ideal candidate will be a technician seeking consistent hours, bringing automotive experience, confidence, and pride to their work. This is a  permanent FULL‑TIME  position from Monday to Friday.

You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art facility including an  air‑conditioned shop .

Key Responsibilities

Complete training as mandated by Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) & Ens Toyota Management.

Perform preventative maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.

Complete wheel alignments accurately.

Carry out used vehicle reconditioning to dealership standards.

Perform pre‑delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles.

Complete inspections and document findings clearly.

Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures.

Follow a checklist to ensure that each critical part of the vehicle is examined.

Use power tools, machine tools and common hand tools.

Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs.

Review work orders and discuss with supervisor.

Inspect motor in operation, and road test vehicles.

Adjust, repair or replace parts and components, including fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Completion of some post‑secondary program and or training courses.

Professional demeanour and strong work ethic.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Efficient problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

High level of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.

Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power and hand‑held equipment.

Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
