As an Auto Body Prepper at Carvana, you'll engage in various tasks that include prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles efficiently. With a minimum of one year experience, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service. State-of-the-art tools and a supportive team await you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles through thorough sanding and buffing

• Efficiently remove and install bumpers

• Execute minor repairs including plastic welding

• Conduct small area bodywork, especially Bondo work

• Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in bodywork

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

• A valid driver’s license is required

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments

• Availability for occasional mandatory overtime
